I’m Amber Dolan-Bath and I became a wife and mom in 2020, and postpartum was nothing like I expected. I struggled with depression, anxiety, and rage. I felt lost, disconnected from myself, and unsure how to show up as the mom I wanted to be.
Out of that hard season, I began creating simple self-care routines in small, sustainable ways to check in with myself and pour into my own well again. It wasn’t about bubble baths or spa days.
It was about time management, self care practices, simple routines and habits.
Now I help new moms navigate postpartum and early motherhood by doing the same. Whether it’s through my podcast, email, or coaching, my heart is to walk alongside you as you find your footing again.
