A GO TO PODCAST FOR NEW MOMS

Are you longing for more support and encouragement on your motherhood journey? Do you feel like you could use more than a minute for self-care or attending to your own wants and needs? Do you wish you had a BFF to open up with about the raw, real, and vulnerable sides of motherhood without judgment?

Then think of this show as your motherhood village. Welcome to Becoming a mother podcast. I’m your host Amber Dolan-Bath. A mom of a 3 year old, wife, and avid watcher of Bluey.

When I became a mom in 2020, I wasn’t prepared for all that I would experience in postpartum. For a little past a year I struggled with my new role, in need of community, and overwhelmed with all the new things I was experiencing in postpartum and learning in motherhood. That was until I implemented healthy habits, routines, boundaries and mindset that I knew would help support me and my family. I vowed that I wouldn’t allow another new mom to go through this major life transition alone so I created this podcast.

This podcast is filled with advice & tips for new moms to navigate the postpartum years, that’s right years, with healthy habits, routines, mindset, and boundaries. Sprinkled with stories from other moms and myself about their first time mom experiences to help you feel less alone.

Now go put your kid down for their nap, grab your headphones, and jump in!
